Communal Study Area: Tutoring must occur in an open communal room of the house (such as the dining room table, living room desk, or a study with an open door) — never in a closed bedroom.

Adult Guardian Presence: For all minor learners under 18, a parent, guardian, or designated responsible adult must remain on the premises for the full duration of the lesson.

Coordinated Communication: All scheduling, lesson planning, and payment discussions must occur directly between the parent/guardian and Tutors SA, preserving transparent oversight.
