Terms and Conditions of Service

Effective Date: October 2026

1. Tutoring Services & Relationship

Tutors SA acts as an educational placement agency and management platform matching clients (learners/parents) with vetted independent tutors. All tutors operate under service agreements with Tutors SA.

2. Lesson Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand school schedules change. Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a booked lesson without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be billed at the standard hourly rate to compensate the tutor for reserved time and travel expenses.

3. Non-Circumvention Policy

Clients and tutors introduced through the Tutors SA network agree not to enter into private, direct tutoring arrangements outside the platform for a period of 12 months following termination of services. All billings and lesson logging must proceed through the Tutors SA central portal.

4. Billing & Invoicing

Statements are issued monthly or per approved package. Invoices must be settled via EFT, debit order, or secure online card payment through official Tutors SA channels.
