Refund & Satisfaction Policy

1. Our 100% Satisfaction Commitment

We understand that the connection between a student and their tutor is personal. If you or your child are not satisfied with the tutor assigned after the initial lesson, you must inform us within 48 hours. We will replace the tutor promptly with zero additional placement fee.

2. Pre-Paid Lesson Hours & Credits

Unused hours in pre-paid tutoring packages never expire and remain valid for the duration of the school calendar year. If your family relocates or ceases tutoring, unused prepaid hours may be transferred to a sibling or credited to your account.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds for unutilised package hours are processed via electronic funds transfer (EFT) back to the originating bank account within 5 to 7 business days, minus any applicable administrative processing fees.
