When you register as a client, learner, or tutor, we may collect:

• Contact details (name, email address, mobile phone number, physical address/suburb).
• Student academic information (current grade, school, curriculum, academic marks and subjects of interest).
• Tutor qualifications (CV, academic transcripts, identity number, banking details for payment processing).

3. Purpose of Processing

We use your personal data solely to match students with compatible tutors, coordinate schedules, facilitate lesson invoicing and payments, and verify tutor qualifications. We do not sell or rent personal information to any third parties.

4. Data Security & Access Rights

We employ modern encryption standards to secure our databases. In accordance with POPIA, you have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your account by contacting our Information Officer at info@tutorssa.co.za.
